Villainous Launches at Expo!

Obscure Reference Comics at London MCM Expo

Obscure Reference Comics officially launched Villainous issue one at the MCM Comic Village in London Expo!

At table C54, OR Comics exhibited beside a great U.K industry talent Lee Townsend, the guys of Time Bomb Comics and a fantastic manga artist Ruth Keattch.

An impressive amount of copies were sold and personally signed by the team. To great surprise and flattery, an eclectic mix of gender and ethnicity picked up the comic, showing a broad appeal that was entirely unexpected. As always, reviews and feedbacks are most welcome, so lucky comic fans who picked up a copy, get in touch!

OR Comics also participated in the unique souvenir passport game made by DINO-SAW-US. Comic and manga fans had to collect stickers and stamps from each exhibitor, and many left with a nice OR logo to their collection. Their passport game is becoming a huge hit amongst the community and is bound to appear at my conventions to come.

The staff, attendees and cosplay was absolutely fantastic, and the team wish to thank Emma and Anna for their help over the weekend. London Expo is arguably the UK's answer to Comic Con and continues to grow each year.

Here are some pictures from the weekend:
